Flexlok+ tabs can be used on any substrate, and unlike other installation methods, Flexlok+ tabs attach the carpet tiles to each other instead of tiles to the floor. This allows you to replace damaged tiles easily or remove the tiles when you’re ready for something new. Whether you need to install carpet tile in your basement or office, Flexlok+ tabs will provide performance without compromise.

Makes installing carpet tile Soooo easy. These are single sided adhesive which I wasn’t expecting. But there is a distinct advantage to that. The carpets stick to themselves instead of the floor and this become a floating floor. This means the carpet can ride over imperfections without having to be adhered to the subfloor throughout. The back side of these is tyvek (it’s like the white fedex mailers that you absolutely cannot tear ). This means it’s completely waterproof and tear-proof. You have to cut them if you want to use pieces of them. In a basement application, I couldn’t ask for better quality.

Wonderful invention! Made the instalation of the carpet tiles so easy! Wish it came in smaller quantities however, we have way more than half of the box left and nothing to use them for!
