I put this on my shed so I don’t have to get my keys every time I need something from it.It was very easy to install and I only had daylight during the process.It locks a couple of minutes after it is closed which I prefer.You can use a 4 to 8 digit code that you assign yourself.Realize it is not a smart lock and can’t be controlled from a smart phone.I would highly recommend.

I was able to install this new mechanism in under 30 minutes.The feature I was not prepared for and am delighted to have is the auto-lock.Within a few seconds of entry the door locks behind you.Since nobody in the house remembers to lock the front door at night, I will enjoy that feature quite a bit.
