This is the second keypad lock I have installed. This one was much easier than the first. That one required two questions on the customer service line which were resolved. This one installed effortlessly in less than 10 minutes and works perfectly. The instructions were much more specific about horizontal and vertical positions on install. Well worded and systematic. Nice job. If I need another, this will be the one.
