Small stepstools just didn’t do the job, this one is perfect for reaching into our ceiling height kitchen cabinets. Looks just like a separate piece of furniture in our kitchen. Love it!

It has held up, and gets used daily however, it chipped early and is a little unstable on the slate tile. It tries to buck you off if you stand too close to the edge on any of the steps, which, since the steps are narrow, isn’t hard to do. Doesn’t take up much space, though, and you can’t beat that.

This is a more elegant solution for my pantry that the metal step stool I was using, however, it’s not quite as stable at the metal step stool.That being said, it is pretty stable, works well and looks good.I hold onto my pantry shelves when I climb onto the top step.
