Great headboard for the price. The colour (linden cindersmoke) is exactly as shown. The grey has a very slight blue undertone, which I like. It was very easy to install to a standard metal queen size bed frame by myself in under 10 minutes. You just need a screwdriver and a small wrench. My order was fast, and delivery was excellent.

Ordered the Linen Cindersmoke for our cal king bed. The color has more blue undertones that I expected based on the picture. I was expecting a dark elephant-grey, this is more of a navy-grey, but no matter, we still love it.
Craftsmanship and quality is high (I’m so glad I chose to buy something vs. DIY’ing an upholstered headboard). Seems like something that will last.
Assembly was very easy – scoot the mattress/boxspring down the frame a bit, attach the arms to the headboard, then the bottom of the arms to the frame (only 4 bolts), scoot the mattress back into the frame – done. Just need to make sure you put the correct arm on the correct side – there was a distinct left/right side for the cal king. We added sticky felt pads (the kind that go under a dining chair’s legs) to the very bottom and top of the arms so that they wouldn’t mark up our baseboards and wall.
Only added about 1-2″ length to our bed. The upholstered part sits just at the top of our mattress. The headboard also seems to be adding a bit of stability to our metal frame, which is a great bonus.
