I love this couch! It was a little more firm than I expected, but I like it. I am 5’2 and I can lay across it with a lot of extra room. Reclining the seats is easy. The color and material is beautiful.

Great purchase!! Based on some reviews I was afraid it’d be too hard, it’s defs not a soft sofa but not to hard for me either.
I can comfortably chill on it too!

I was needing a sleeper couch for a theater room that could double as a guest bedroom. This ended up being a perfect balance between affordability, functionality, and style! The velvet texture is so smooth and looks amazing! This was also one of the few futon-like sofas I’ve found that can be pushed all the way against a wall.
If you’re thinking about buying this sofa/futon, there are a few things you should be aware of though:
1) The main bottom cushions are on the firm side since this is designed as a sleeper and has springs. I don’t necessarily find it uncomfortable personally, but if you’re looking for a sofa you can “sink into”, this isn’t it.
2) Putting the couch together is manageable with one person, but will probably take 1 to 1 1/2 hours. The hardest part was having to reach through the back side of the sofa and insert a few bolts/tighten them with the included allen wrench without having much clearance.
3) The box the couch arrives in is heavy. I was able to scoot it around my floor, but if you have to take it up stairs, you’ll probably need a 2nd person helping.
4) Lastly, the back of the sofa can be positioned at three different angles: upright, reclined, and fully down (sleeper mode). The reclined angle is fixed at about 45 degrees and can’t be adjusted. It seems like a bit too much of a recline to be very functional in this positioning.
Side note: I have a twin (long) size mattress topper that fits the sofa perfectly when using it as a bed and gives me some flexibility with how soft/firm the bed is for a guest.

I had been searching for specifically a green velvet couch for quit a while before I landed on this one. It was easy to assemble, though i recommend having another person to help you. Color is exactly what i was looking for and though a bit stiff, very comfortable.

If looked for a couch that is convertible into a bed and still looks good. I found it in this one. The green looks fantastic. The couch is rather firm but I like that. The assembly was easy. I did it alone in about 45 minutes.

Everything i could dream of. The instructions do not really make sense and only had pictures. Thank God my neighbor (a handy man) was able to assemble it for me. Took him around 2.5 hours. I got the blue which is much more bright and vibrant in person. Firm but comfortable. May need a topper when folded into a bed.
