I love this solid pine trunk! It looks great, and will likely last long enough to be a family heirloom! The instructions left a little to the imagination but it was do-able.The end product is a very solid, good looking, multi functional piece.

The trunk is beautiful; it is exactly what I needed.My only comment is that it was a little confusing to build it because I had to screw in some screws and there was no marking of where the screws were to go. The instructions were not completely clear to me. It took a while to figure how to install the hinges. However, now that is all done, I love it!

Exactly what I was hoping for! Instructions are clear, but I did find I needed to use a drill to get the screws in as there aren’t pre-drilled holes on some of the parts.

This is the second trunk. The first has a manufacturing defect rendering it unable to assemble. I contacted Wayfair and sent pictures of the defect and explained that one side was cut half an inch short and wouldn’t line up for correct assembly. They IMMEDIATELY sent a replacement free of charge. The assemblyinstructions were somewhat vague, but not as bad as a certain Swedish furniture company. Assembling on my dining room table made it easy without having to work on the floor. I’m getting too old for that.This is a very nice trunk. I love that it’s solid pine and not particle board with wood veneer. An excellent piece for a great price!

Nice Trunk, easy to assembleand room to put a lot of clothes in. Sturdy and nice looking,one can sit on it as well.
