Burl finish products are not suitable for use as cutting boards
Hand washes with mild soap and cool water. Do not soak. Dry thoroughly. Do not put it in the dishwasher, microwave, or refrigerator. Extreme changes in temperature will cause the material to crack over time. Occasional use of mineral oil on the used surface will help maintain its appearance. Do not use it for cutting or chopping.
