It is a useful tool but it seems to drag on the dough while circling. The cutting movement isn’t very smooth. Hopefully, I’ll get better at it with practice. Maybe a thicker dough base is needed I was making an Indian flatbread.It doesn’t seem ideal for that purpose. I’ll report back if I try something thicker. It is sturdy.
