I have been wanting a good, solid paring knife this size for a while but finally made my choice with this one – and glad I did! Its a heavy weight and has no seam going from blade to handle, so no food or debris is ever going to get stuck in any crevices. And this is super sharp! I didnt have to apply any effort to cut tomatoes. Great for the advanced arthritis in my hands. What a perfect knife.

I have found this paring knife to be very comfortable to grip.Although it’s not truly visible in the product’s photos, I can confirm that the description is correct–the knife blade does extend through to the end of the handle.

This is a nice size and weight paring knife. It arrived in a fancy, fitted box. Because of the weight the knife feels more substantial than most knives you purchase from local or mail order merchants. Right out of the box, this knife is sharp and cuts cleanly. I used it to dice frozen cooked broccoli. It did not mash the cooked vegetable and cuts were smooth bc and attractive versus what happens at times when dicing soft vegetables.

I just love ths paring knife!!! I originally bought a set of knives I assumed we’re good, but I’ve had to constantly sharpen them – especially the paring knife because I use it so much. I’ve used this knife for 3 weeks now, and it’s stayed very sharp. I know because I’ve cut myself with it twice.:)I’m just too use to the dull one…… This knife has some weight to it and just feels like quality. It looks nice on the wall too!
