This tub replaced an older high end name you would know tub. Due to a change in financial circumstance I could not afford to replace with that brand. I was nervous ordering this, but I am so happy I did, I could not be happier.I was impressed with how quickly it installed and in 5 hours in frigid weather the water went from 52 degrees to 102 degrees. I am so thankful as I use my tub daily, as I have fibromyalgia.It works with the pergola, stairs and cover opener from the one I was replacing. I could not be more thrilled!!

Very nice hot tubVery good delivery service.Tub is well made and worked fine when I hooked it up.Lots of jets and good water movement.The heater is adequate and can keep the tub at temperature even in the winter with the cover off.This is the 9th hot tub I have owned and this is one of the best.

Hot tub is an excellent starter tub. Was delivered earlier than expected and came very nicely wrapped in its side. Tub was easily moved along wet grass and placed onto pad with the help of 4 men.
Filled quickly and heated efficiently within 24 hours (in approx 0 degrees celsius weather)
We have enjoyed the tub for approximately 7 weeks now with no issues, and have only seen about 20 increase per month to our electricity bill.
Seats are not as deep as expected but still well worth it. I am 5’ feet tall and my shoulder are submerged, my husband 6, 2’
sits about armpit level in the water.
Because there are no neck pillows or cup holders we have been using spa pillows, and a spa table that we purchased from a pool store to be able to place drinks etc. These were a cheap addition that have
worked perfectly. We are very happy with the product for the price.

It is exactly what I ordered and it works well so far. We had a bit of trouble getting it in a timely manor so if you need it right away just know there could be some hiccups in transit but Wayfair will work to get it to you. This is a wonderful company and they really work to make things right when you have an issue and the prices are unbeatable.

Great little hot tub for my Airbnb. So far working great. This hot tub heats up very fast. I find that it is easy to clean. I agree with the other customers, my electric bill did not go up that much at all. That is a huge benefit. There is also an eco-setting which makes it even more energy friendly. I do get some error messages that I find a little bit confusing, that would be my only complaint. I have three exclamation marks on there right now I still don’t know what that means.

Wayfair price matched to a lower sales price a few days after I ordered it.
The wiring was harder than expected, the hot tub didnt come with any wires at all, since we already had a 220 to work with we didnt need to hire an electrician, but we did have to ask a lot of questions about which wires to use, etc.
I thought it would come with at least some wiring from the hot tub. So that added some additional cost.
Its up and running now and we had it delivered less than a week ago, still working on perfecting the chemicals but other than that its WONDERFUL!
The Jets work well, the LED lighting is fun and its just what we needed for these cold winter days!
