The brown Vasagle bookcase, LBC55, with eight cubby spaces was delivered a few days after it was ordered. It was easy to put together with the included instructions and the diagram. It took about 45 minutes from start to finish to complete the project. It looked nice after it was put together. The color is not solid. It has a couple colors of brown on it. I think to give it a more of a knotty wooden appearance. The back piece only covers the middle two spaces so the rest is opened. When I ordered it I thought the whole back would be covered. When I looked at the photo on Wayfair again I realized it was not and that I did not notice it when ordering the stand. It seem solid enough to put a few books on it. I would not put a lot of books on it in one space. They give you a little extra hardware for the project. Over all I am pleased with the stand.
