We’ve been looking for extra large barstools at a reasonable price for a very long time. These are exactly what we needed. We purchased two. The stools are very heavy and sturdy. Installation was simple. One of the legs is slightly shorter than all the rest, making one of the stools just a little wobbly, but I think I can shim it up with a felt pad. Note in the photograph that our bar is approximately 45” high.

I have been looking everywhere for an extra tall chair to match a high counter top.Many companies offer what they call extra tall chairs, but the dimensions do not match the descriptions, wasting my time.I was pleasantly surprised to find Wayfair dimensions were spot-on, extra tall is actually extra tall!I was also very impressed with the quality of the chair.The construction is rock solid, an important factor for such a tall seat.The wood is good quality and well joined, the cushions are both stitched and tacked with heavy brass tacks.I expect to get many years of use from this product.

Wonderful. I have looked for 3 years, YES 3 years, for an extra tall stool at a reasonable price.My kitchen counter measures 30 inches from top to the floor. It is perfect. The construction is very well made, heavy and sturdy. I was very surprised at the quality of this chair as I have seen similar ones for 2-3 times more money. My 8 and 10 year old grandchildren are safe on it and can finally reach the counter.My suggestion for 74 year old grandparents is to buy it assembled. I am very handy but had to bend over too much to put it together.Not the product’s fault, just OLD AGE.Definitely recommend.
