Frame is actually much higher quality than I expected. The wood is sturdy and the materials are pretty heavy but strong. It’s good to know that a queen sized futon will fold into a couch with either a very tall headrest or a long seat making for a deep cushion, front to back. Queen is about as large as I would go, but know that it’s quite big and deep as a couch.
Otherwise it folds really easily especially with two people and the length of a queen is nice for guests of any size. We bought this on sale and it helped a lot.
