We recommend a rough opening of 38.25” X 82.5.” The door is double-bored for hardware with a 2-3/8 inch backset. The entry sets are not included. Doors are assembled and pre-hung in the USA by a 45-year-old door manufacturer. Includes ball-bearing hinges and adjustable thresholds.
