The quality is excellent! The clot is great and it relatively easy to clean. The extra pillows make it very comfortable. The only caution is about the color. It is hard to keep it clean with small children around, however, it is worth the effort!

Just got this today! Arrived 6 weeks before it was ‘designated’.I truly love it!The lines are clean and modern…but not that modern for longevity.The seat cushions are sturdy and soft at the same time. I can tell they will hold up and not sink in the middle like my previous sectional.I ordered the Sunbrella fabric and it is clean and crisp and exciting to think I can easily spot clean this with water. Lots of pillows…same fabric (6) not sure i realized that- (Delivery was great and the communication was spot on).

This couch is 100% worth it! I just got it this morning and I’m already in love with it. It’s so comfortable (just the right amount of give but not too plushy where you sink into it). I haven’t had it long obviously so I can’t speak to any wear it may have, but delivery was a breeze and was actually 2 months earlier than expected (Wayfair website said September 3rd, got it July 9th). Beautiful color and the perfect size for my apartment!

So far it is exactly what I wanted and as described. Super comfortable, fits my space perfectly, the fabric swatches made it a breeze to pick the fabric, easy to set up, and delivery service was superb! I’m just hoping it holds up to the wear and tear of our house hold (toddler, teenagers, dogs etc). Only time will tell…

We ordered this sectional with chaise without being able to see a picture of the exact configuration online, so waiting for it to arrive we just prayed that it was the right set up. We were relieved when the delivery guys arrived with it and it was exactly what we ordered! The fabric and design of the sectional looked perfect online and we were not disappointed when it arrived. It is the PERFECT size and color for the space we have it in and it is REALLY comfortable! We added silver grey and charcoal grey chenille throw cushion covers and white throw blankets to add some interest and it looks gorgeous!

This is a completely honest review. We had shopped for a sectional of this size at many of the big box stores (Havertys, Crate & Barrell, Ashley Home) and compared to the prices and ability to choose our own fabric, this just couldn’t be beat. It was so easy to order a bunch of fabric swatches ahead of time. We ultimately selected the Curious Pearl because of its durability and feel. We placed the order in mid-January with an expected arrival of April 10 – the couch arrived on Feb 14!! Way ahead of schedule.
It is clear that the Wayfair team cares about their reputation. The Saturday before it was delivered, I received an email stating that there had been slight damage to the couch – come to find out, it was just a SMALL tear in the dust covering UNDERNEATH the sofa. Truly, I don’t think we would have ever even noticed this. The fact that our sofa was *so* carefully examined and inspected, and they stand behind their quality, says a lot. I called and it was quickly taken care of. I was given over 10% off!!! Back to my credit card. A+++ customer service.
When the couch arrived, it was in perfect condition and the team arrived right on schedule. It comes with a ton of throw pillows as others have mentioned. I would say it isn’t the most ‘sink in and cozy up’ couch but it certainly isn’t firm either. Somewhere right in between! A happy medium for what my husband and I were looking for. The look of it is really nice. Not too bulky, thin arms. We absolutely love it!!
The one negative is that I unzipped the pillows, and it looks like there’s no liner on the inside/ no inserts. Just loose cotton, so you can never wash the fabric. I am hopeful that the fabric will prove to be as durable as it states since have a cat and dog!
