Just what I needed!.I used this in the oven to bake some chic thighs with vegetables.Came out great.This is the perfect size.We are a small family and I needed something small.I couldn’t use a roaster as they always seem to be so large.

This grill pan is awesome! I used it to cook two 16 oz. steaks – pan-seared on one side, then in the oven to finish them. It left beautiful grill lines on the steaks, stood up to the heat and best of all, even though it is as heavy as my cast iron pan, it literally is non-stick!!!! Some soapy water and a sponge, rinse and wiped dry with some paper towels and it looked as if it was never used! The price was phenomonal, the quality beyond compare and if you need a grill pan that can take the heat, and practically wipes clean, then this is for you.

This is a well-made pan and it cooks well. Used it for salmon and the fish was perfectly cooked with those wonderful grill lines. My one complaint is that the pan is a bit too heavy. Fortunately I won’t be flipping pancakes with it. I had to buy this pan because I just had an induction cooktop installed and my former grill pan was not induction compatible. Pan is a good value for the money.
