I received a “dented” one the first time – however wayfarer replaced immediately. The way fair customer service is awesome.

Home Depot and Lowe’s didn’t carry this item in stock and wouldn’t deliver it to my metro area.They had a similar item that I didn’t like as much and would’ve cost more. Even if they would’ve delivered, I’m glad I looked on Wayfair because the price was better for this style that I actually wanted.

Quality door and beautifully finished… we may not bother painting over the primer because it looks so good. One door came damaged, and will take a total of almost two weeks to get the replacement, so be sure you leave enough time for issues like that. Super easy to file the claim, which we appreciated.

Such a solid door. Super easy to trim and install hardware into. I bought two of these, one for the master bedroom and one for our closet. Both arrived square. We had zero issues trimming the door and after cutting out hinges and hardware I can say it made very well. The wood was solid and didnt splinter. It was perfectly primed making it a day project to get both painted, mounted, and installed. I will probably replace the rest of the doors with these since they are so dependable and an excellent value.
