A working mailbox is ideal for passing notes, and the chalkboard is a great place to draw artwork. Adorable wood playhouse. Assembly is time consuming and a bit tedious as instructions are missing some key details that could help make assembly quicker/clearer/easier, but all worth it in the end because my 5 yr old daughter was thoroughly delighted by the results.

Good quality, but definitely set aside a couple days to build, and disassemble when you mistake which piece you were supposed to use because they looks exactly the same except for one small drill hole.
You will definitely want to paint with some outdoor paint, and possibly add some plastic roofing or tiles to keep the roof from rotting.
Also make sure your site is COMPLETELY level or the door won’t shut.
