Our new home came with an old white sink.. We needed to spruce the place up a bit and the small change of a new sink has really classed up our kitchen and now matches the rest of our appliances! It’s so pretty!! My husband and I just stared at it for like 30 minutes after it was installed! Ha!

Absolutely love!!! Arrived perfect with no cracks. I will say that it was a bit difficult to install. The drop in mount clips required a hammer to set. Got quite difficult in such a tight space. Other then that this sink is beautiful!Also was lighter then I expected making it easy for me to lift and place. The lip on the sink has a lot of grace with the cutout. We had the countertop installed and was cut prior to the sink arriving. We were worried they would have to come back and recut but it fit perfectly with some extra room. Love how deep the sink is.Also recommendcutting board oil. It is food grade mineral oil. After drying the sink rub in a small amount of oil to keep the black sheen and protect from water spots. Highly recommend.

LOVE LOVE LOVE this sink. I have received so many compliments. It is a great statement piece and the metal bar in the middle is a nice detail. A COUPLE THINGS
1.It seems to require a little more maintenance than a stainless steel sink due to it being black…but that should be pretty obvious.
2. I had to buy a garbage disposal flange because the one included has small holes and is not completely open. Not a huge deal. I ended up getting a black rimmed one a a black strainer and it ended up looking really nice : )

This sink is amazing. I have had it for about 6 months now and here is my honest opinion.
1) DEEP. DEEP. DEEP. I can put all my dirty dishes in this baby and leave my counters clean! 🙂
2) It retains heat.The properties of the stone help the water in the sink maintain its temperature. I can run water, then go back later and the water is still warm after having set for a while.
3) GORGEOUS!! Everyone loves this sink and its a highlight of my kitchen remodel.
Downside…1) it’s heavy. seriously heavy. 2) a bit of protection to prevent chips wouldn’t be a bad thing.
Other than that! It’s a winner

I thought I was living on the edge, ordering a black sink for my historic home kitchen. By all accounts, I was supposed to have a white farmhouse sink. I struggled with the choice of a single sink versus the double. I like having a side to stack washed dishes and pans (not an on-counter dish drainer). I couldn’t be more pleased with my decision.
The sinks are deep and accommodate my pots without wedging them in to clean. The drains situated at the back, instead of the center, change the amount of water I use and facilitate cleaning. The sink is deep enough so that the dish drainer is not visible.
The contrast of black against white tiles is pleasing and the chrome band in the center of the sink coordinates with my stainless steel appliances.
I had a professional install and he didn’t have trouble – though he did mention some of the parts were slightly different than he was accustomed to.
The shipment was great – packing was good, no issues. I’m happy.

First, make sure you look over the sink when you get it.The first one I received was cracked from the faucet area down into the right basin.Wayfair did replace the sink promptly, without issue.With that out of the way, the sink is less “stone looking” than I expected, but beautiful none-the-less!The basins are wonderfully deep, eliminating splashing, and there’s a small inside “ledge” that catches any rogue water drops.It’s not only complimentary to both black and stainless appliances, but a focal point as well.It really enhances the aesthetics and utility of the kitchen!I had it professionally installed and it went very smoothly.

Update We have now sold the home that this sink was installed in and I’ll be ordering a second one shortly for our new home. This sink is awesome! I love the look, the modern feel and look, the deepness of the bowls, it’s durability and ease of cleaning. NOTE wipe down the sink in mineral oil twice a year to preserve the look. I noticed others have commented on it looking dull or gray after a while. The mineral oil will remedy this and bring its luster back.
I ordered this sink in prep for a kitchen remodel however that has been postponed. But there was a significant leak with the other sinkfaucet and we decided to go ahead and install it. It is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS! The bowls are very deep.
