Description
The universal knife block is oblongly shaped featuring two tiers to conveniently store all your kitchen knives in one handy spot. Keep your knives within reach and easily accessible when you need them. With patented flex rod technology, the rods conform to the shape of each knife and hold it securely in place. The large tier holds knives up to eight inches long; the small tier holds knives up to five inches long.

I bought this to replace a different kapoosh universal knife block and this one is much better! (I replaced it because the old one was a wood color and we wanted a stainless steel one). This one is better for two reasons: 1) this has two different levels so you can put small knives and scissors in the lower section and larger knives in the upper section 2) the plastic rods on the inside seem to be much smoother than our old kapoosh knife block so it’s much easier to slide knives into it. We currently have 3 pairs of scissors and 2 smaller knives in the lower section, and 7 larger chef knives in the upper section with room for more.
