I looked for months for a solid wood desk that was affordable, sturdy, had storage, and a slim profile. This purchase did not disappoint in quality or price. The setup process was easy and took me less than an hour. I only needed my partner’s help to stand it upright because the assembled desk is heavy (~100lbs). I had to quickly buy a large desk mat because it does seem to scratch as you’d expect wood to do.

This desk is awesome, and I’m very happy with it
Setup was super simple and took less than an hour (would have been around 30-45 minutes but I was assembling it in a cramped space which slowed things down a bit).
After assembling it, I’m now able to set up my laptop, second monitor, studio monitors, audio interface, microphone, second camera on tripod and a docking station with room to spare on the desktop. The drawers are perfect size for hiding away spare charging cables and notepads, etc. There’s also some hollow areas underneath the desk at the back that can be used to tuck away cables (with help from some Command hooks/velcro).
I was a little concerned from other reviews mentioning excessive wobble, but I haven’t noticed it much; maybe some people are hammering their keyboard or moving the mouse around with more force. I also used a Magic Trackpad as a mouse so maybe if it was a traditional mouse that would cause more wobble vs. my wrist mostly staying stationary while scrolling around.
The only caveat to my glowing review would be this: the height of the keyboard drawer is just right for me (I’m 6′ 1″) but might be a little awkward if you’re much shorter.

This desk is solid. I bought it for my 11-year old for his room for distance-learning and it is perfect! I would use it too but already have a desk from Arhaus but I wouldnt hesitate as this has better price-point. I highly recommend.

When the desk arrived all of the packaging had a different product name than this listing. I looked it up and found the same desk through the manufacturer ‘simply-home’ for $200 less than here. I wouldn’t buy this desk from Wayfair

The solid wood part is amazing. The drawers are bigger than they look in the photos, even though they are shallow. The legs are not so cool, they’re kinda flumsy, but they work fine once assembled.
