It is very stable, and looks very nice in the room that it is in.The lights are dimmable and there are three speeds of fan.I had someone install it, and they didn’t seem to have any problems with it.

Very nice fan! Simple and attractive, just what we were looking for for our bedroom. Powerful motor, very quiet. Though at high speed you do get a little bit of wind noise. However at medium speed the fan moves more than adequate amount of air. The remote is very intuitive, the shape is not my taste but it comes with a very handy mounting bracket that you can put directly over your existing light switch. Simply pull the remote out of the holster to access the light switch. Clever touch. I have installed a number of ceiling fans over the years and I wouldn’t say that any of them were exactly easy. The instructions on this fan were easy to follow up but it was a bit of work. It took me a little over an hour. Well worth the effort, hunter fans are very well constructed!
