This is an absolutely beautiful hamper and simple to put together. I highly recommend letting it air out and spraying it down and wiping with a vinegar and water solution, as it had a weird chemicalish odor that was still there after several days. The odor lingered and even permeated into my clothes, which were dirty anyway, and the odor disappeared after washing them. I would recommend this beautiful hamper, and I also recommend the aforementioned steps.
