This thing takes a BEATING from my daughter and still looks amazing and is sturdy.The book self on the end holds a pretty significant amount, she has tons of books some of which are pretty sizable and it holds them all without bowing.I don’t let her use the draw now because she kept cramming it full but even when she was there didn’t seem to be much show of that and the draw could still be used now and would hold everything she needed for doing homework.I ended up buying two of these total so I could have one for my son as well, second one is just good.We even have pets, cats and dogs, but they don’t seem to be able to scratch it at least in a noticeable way. Assembly was very easy as well but I am rather skilled in building things from scratch so a pre-cut pre-drilled product is usually a quick thing for me, the determining factor was that even my kids could do this at the ages of 4 and 7.

Perfect size for my 7 year old. We use the shelves on the side to hold boxed Lego sets. He was too big for most “Lego tables” so this was the perfect solution to give him a space to sit and create, as well as a space to do school work.
