I use this griddle pan for everything…pancakes, bacon, eggs, grilled cheese and ham sandwiches, etc.It is so easy to wash up or wipe clean.. Most of the time I cook two times at the same time such as bacon and eggs. I find I love cooking 4 grilled cheese and ham sandwiches at once for the family.If you are a blueberry pancake lover, you will enjoy making fresh blueberry pancakes in this nice pan because your pancakes will not stick.You do not use any type of oil sprays, but sometimes I use a touch of melted butter.It is a nice item I use 3-4 times a week.Also dishwasher safe!
