Very nice chairs for my kitchen island-color seems more taupe than gray but still matched nicely. Rated 4 stars instead of 5 due to the fact that all 4 chairs arrived with damage to the black metal frames. More fault probably lies with the delivery company(FedEx) because the box arrived pretty beat up and torn open but either way better care needs to go into packaging the items. I used some black spray paint I had laying around and was able to fix up the scratches so no need to return. I would definitely recommend!
