I was in need for a new lighted ceiling fan. I loved the look of this black and wood flush mount propeller fan. The ceiling fan (item # KBS-52144-BK-DC-HTM, 6-speed, 3-blade, walnut finish, DC motor, remote controlled ceiling fan) arrived with a dent that prevented proper installation. I contacted the manufacturer (which by the way is Sofucor) of the issue via email and waited for a response. Within the day I received a response, a replacement part was on its way. The installation was fairly easy and the ceiling fan was at least half the weight of my old Hunter ceiling fan. I did have a small hiccup when installing the blades, I assumed all the holes were evenly spaced. They are not, I suggest using the metal gasket to align the holes. The finished project was just as pictured. The fan produces good airflow, dimmable, and has three light shades (warm, white, and both). Overall, I am happy with the purchase and will most likely be purchasing more for the rest of the house.
