We are thrilled with our new hot tub.I was surprised at the lack of reviews for such a great buy so I’ll tell you about it.We’ve had it for a few weeks now and use it almost every night.Water heats up quickly, few hours, even during this cold winter blast we’ve been having with temps below freezing. This is a high quality hot tub without the hassle of dealing with a sales man.Be sure to have electric ready to go and electrician hook it up.Water maintains temperature well even when below freezing outside. This is a great buy and Wayfair delivery was fantastic.Their service and people did a great job while wearing masks andsocial distances.Customer service from Chris at Futura spas was great. He answers questions promptly, very helpful. This tub can fit four but lots of room for two to stretch out. Overall very pleased. Would have given 5 stars but jets could be a bit stronger. Tips- When filling, open up filter top and place hose down into opening to fill, this will push out air bubbles. When using turn off jets not in use to give your jets more power, be sure to turn back on when you get out. Thanks Wayfair and Chris at Futura Spas.

I bought this hot tub one year ago.I would recommend it because it is easy to maintain. Quick to drain, wipe out and refill.Just the right size for one or two adults.Unfortunately, you get what you pay for.The interior insulation is very poor. Our electric bill has been around $100 a month before we bought this item. The first two months the electric bill jumped up to $150 to $160 per month. As you can see from the photo, I bought two sheets of 1″ thick rigid insulation boards.I lined the sides and more importantly the bottom of exterior walls. The bottom is made of 2x4s laying on their sides, so I cut pieces of insulation to fit in between each board. Then I cut long pieces to lay in horizontally for each of the side walls. The could completely fill the front (where the control panel is) and the left side.I could only do 2/3 of the back wall and none of the right wall where the pumps and heater are located.Even though it’s not 100 percent, my electric bill is down to $120 – $125 per month.

What I don’t like about this hot tub is the so called waterfall (two streams of water shooting across the middle of the tub) are lame. You can’t shut them off or reduce their water pressure.I place a small towel over them to stop them from shooting across and sometime out of the tub.The other thing is you can’t lock the lights on one specific color. It rotates thru all the colors endlessly.Hope this helps.

Nice little tub however not well insulated, which I will need to do myself. But I guess that’s what you get at this price point. Overall pleased with this purchase.
