Easy to use, just place garlic, chocolate, nuts and small vegetable inside the chopper, and push down the handle with the palm of your hand; the more you push, finer the foods are minced. Garlic vapors are reduced in a clear plastic container; holds up to 8 oz or 240 ml. Easy clean up as well, just remove the handle with blade and wash in the sink and your good to go. Hand wash only; not suitable for dishwasher.
