Pretty easy to assemble. Kodiak clearly put some thought into packaging the hardware. Instructions were mostly clear. Had to go back a step a couple times to fix a previous mistake but nothing too ridiculous. The mattress I put on it fits perfectly and is comfortable in any of the positions that the frame has available. Overall, it’s a sturdy piece of furniture that looks nice.
