Beautiful chair, beautifully made, expensive but worth it. So comfortable, the cushions are firm and supportive, and the fabric is sturdy with a lovely texture. The recliner mechanism is smooth and adjustable to where you want it. I got the wall hugger one which is great for my space. I was not happy with customer service, five stars for the chair but two stars for customer service. They very reluctantly responded to my request for brass nailheads instead of silver ones, I had to press for it- initially I was told they wouldn’t do that. A chair, especially one so expensive, that is made to order should be customizable. Are you listening, Perigold? There are other furniture sites and stores that sell it and they are willing to order as requested. All it takes is contacting the manufacturer. But I’m very happy with my chair.
