This piece works perfectly on the low pile rug in my home office. I can seamlessly roll in my office chair between my desk, the printer station and the file cabinets, as the mat is quite sturdy and high quality.
The first chair mat delivered had a large crack in it, but I contacted Wayfair customer service, submitted a photo, and within hours a new chair mat was on its way! The cracked one was picked up on the same day the replacement was delivered. I literally only had to snap a pic on my phone, write a short description of the issue, and Wayfair quickly took care of it all to make it right! I am very pleased with the chair mat, and very impressed with Wayfair’s customer service!
