What a great product. These silicone pie weight are easier to keep track of than ceramic pie weights — they are connected and sturdy. I am indebted to The Great British Baking Show for teaching me about their value. My quiche thanks you, oh pie weights. No more bulging bottoms!

These are perfect for my pies! They keep the crust from bubbling into odd shapes but don’t interfere with the baking of the pie. They wash up pretty easily and are made of high-grade silicone that handles the heat well. I’ve used them 3 times and they are still like new.

These can be tricky to clean by hand if you don’t have a dishwasher. It is also slight goofy to store, so I store mine in between my pie pans.
