I love the grip of the handle. Its a little smaller than I thought but it works well and gets the job done. I prefer this over the stainless steel one! Oh, and cuts dough well too! I would recommend this Empava Bench scraper.

This bench scraper is a bit smaller than I expected, but it works.It is made well, packaged well and has measurement markings on the blade that will come in quite handy!My photo shows the size in relation to the scraper I’ve used for many years from King Arthur Flour.It’s tired and I needed a new one.Pleased with my purchase.

I got this bench scraper to help making moving chopped vegetables from the cutting board to the bowl or pan easier. I think this will work great for that purpose and also pull double duty for cutting dough if needed. I already put it through the dishwasher and it tolerated that on the top rack well.

The Empava Non-Stick Bench Scraper is smaller than I thought it would be, but that is my fault for not reading the description close enough. I got this scraper to move vegetables from the cutting board into the cooking pot. It works great.. And clean up is as easy as the top shelf of the dishwasher.

It is smaller than my other bench scrapers but I like the ergonomic grip. I bake bread and the dough can be sticky until it is fully kneaded the Teflon coating will make a big difference. The edge is sharp and has 1 inch markings.
