I really think these items will be used a lot. The quality of this product is very good and sturdy the fact that it is adjustable is very nice. The fact that it fits in my hand very nice and comfortable I really like. Looks like I will be doing a lot of baking now. Very pleased with this product.

This is a great scraper set.
Sturdy plastic, but still a thin edge. Scrapes dough well- doesn’t feel like you’re bending it with pressure like some others I have used.
Also love the way they store inside each other. Better than some more expensive ones I have used.

First off I received these for the Tried and True promotion. ( free for an unbiased review of this product ) on to the review now. The scrapers are a nice sturdy design. The larger one has inches in bedded on the edge which will be great for the sizes of the dough. The smaller one should work well for folding smallerdough. I can see me using the larger one for picking up veggies etc after I have cut them up. ( I placed my old metal veggie one to compare the sizes ) since it is the middle of July I will not be baking bread anytime soon but will be chopping up allot of fresh vegetables for stir fry’s. Also I feel the price on these are very fair.

I recently tried my hand at making Ciabatta bread. It should be called “sticky bread.” You can’t form it like regular bread dough, you need to use bench scrapers because the dough sticks to EVERYTHING. I bought these before I tried my hand at it again. What a world of difference. These worked amazingly well to form the dough into loaves and it didn’t leave “stick” on every surface like the first time. I highly recommend!

What a great find!This is great for decorating, because of the small ruler, great for making breads and rolls and wonderful for moving chopped vegetables.It is made very sturdy and takes up very little room in a drawer!
