Not mad at all. I think it could be comfier but this chair is somewhat cheaper than your average executive chair. You get what you paid for. I haven’t tried the massage function cause that’s not what I bought it for. Other reviews say it’s weak though so be mindful. Seeing that Covid has me working from home indefinitely this was a great purchase. Super fast shipping. Easy 30minutes or less to put it together. If you want something that you plan to sit in for long hours I recommend this. I work long hours and so far it’s been comfy enough.

the first one had alignment issues but the replacement was flawless and great for my back. and its not a massage more like a vibration but nonetheless still does its job i even ordered one for my grandma in TX she loves it.

LOVE this chair! Been using my boyfriends gamer chair for a year for working and now that I have my own chair we can work in our own offices!!! This chair has a vibrating pillow it doesn’t rlly do much to be honest but honestly I rlly love this chair. I spent triple this much on my bfs chair than mine and I’m super happy with it! Perfect!!! Love the pillow that I can move it up as well too my bfs pillow doesn’t have the strap so it doesn’t move

I received the item damaged, Not Wayfair’s Fault, Just FedEx Stinks, They shipped me a new one within days, its a great chair, Comfy and reclines just fine, The Massager is just a bonus, its great. Very Sturdy chair. Wheels are free, so it rolls very easy.
