I really like the quality and color of this china.I ordered the 16 piece set and the 12 piece set as I really did not need 8 cups.The china was carefully packed and no chips or damage of any kind.Unfortunately, the 16 piece set was packed with 3 dinner plates and 5 salad plates.Customer service was easy to reach by e-mail and responded promptly when I reported the error and said they would send a plate replacement.Within a few days I received a full 16 piece set replacement by Fed-ex and thought they had made a mistake.It was easy to reach a person to talk to by phone and they explained that they could not just replace 1 plate so had to send a complete set.That isfive star and beyond customer service!!!

I just loved this set the bowls are the perfect size for cereal and soups.The plates are not too heavy which is a plus, my kids are starting out so they really don’t have a table and have to hold the dish in their hands to eat.I guess my next purchase from Wayfair will be a table for them.
