5 stars -for the craftsmanship of the hemlock wooden interior & fine looking exterior; also for the clarity of assembly instructions as well as the ease and finally for the economy and efficiency. It arrived all in good timing and well protected packed. I was able to assemble it myself & use it daily. At 66 years now, I’ve definitely noticed better sleep,better skin tone & freedom from a certain amount of muscle & bone discomfort. Yeah!
I highly recommend it for all.

Before purchasing we contacted the manufacturer GoldenDesigns.com and asked questions we could not find answers to by reading the reviews/comments.SHIPPING/ASSEMBLY:Although ordering from Wayfair, the sauna shipped from Golden Designs in California.We live in Florida, so concerned about the condition of the package on arrival.Arrived by freight delivery – 2 boxes on a pallet with absolutely no dings/breaks on the boxes.PACKAGING:Golden Designs packaging was excellent! The way the sauna is packaged makes it easy to start assembly.ASSEMBLY:After breaking down the boxes we (60-70 yro) unpacked and proceeded to assemble.Since it was going in a bedroom on carpet, we purchased 2 packs of large furniture pad movers to assemble it on.I know they say it takes 2 people an hour to assemble, in reality it took us (seniors) several hours.Instructions were good! The furniture pad movers were our saving grace!SAUNA USE:Worked perfectly!ONE ISSUE:We did not use the color therapy feature during the first few saunas.The first time we did use it, the control panel acted a bit ‘wonky’.After that first light usage the sauna wouldn’t heat so did trouble shooting and disconnected/reconnected the CTRL wire harness on the roof.It’s working perfect now.Guess it was a reboot of the CTRL panel.SUGGESTIONS:We didn’t screw the ROOF COVER to the roof panel.Made it easier to access the connections.If assembling on carpet, purchase furniture moving pads.
RECOMMENDATION:We highly recommend this sauna by Golden Designs Inc. and hope you find this review is helpful when considering your purchase.

Delivery came as expected.In 2 boxes. Easy to assemble. Used it the first night. 140 degrees send not enough but it is to break a sweat. Love the chromatheraphy.

Have loved it so far. Installation was a breeze, but really requires two people. Sauna itself heats up into the 130s in about 20 minutes. EMF readings were really low when tested at home. Really couldn’t be more pleased so far!

So far so good it’s only been three days my adult son put it together with a friend and under 45 minutes very easy very easy to move around if you change your mind for location it was a birthday present for my husband he loves it he has used it every day so far and thinks it’s wonderful we bought the back rest as well and that helps a lot in there a little tight for two adult people that’s for sure.So they go in alone to relax better

Unreal Sauna. This thing feels more like a 4k-5k sauna. Heats up quick. First use it went from 70 – 115 in about 15 minutes. Now can get from 80-130 in about 30, which im totally fine with. I will usually work out and set the timer so its perfect for when I come in. Me and my wife put it together in about an hour. 10/10 would recommned 100 times over. Could not be more satisfied !
