The instructions were clear and materials packaging was sufficient for international freight.I appreciate the installation tool as well as an extra fastener which always comes in handy in case of a stripped thread or defect. Too many companies don’t do that.Went together easily and used right away. Only suggestions for improvement would be fastener placements to make assembly even easier.

These are great looking chairs and more comfortable than most rockers! They were also easier to put together than expected and were very safely packed. They are also nice and wide. The only thing I would change is I think the seats should be double woven like the backs. Seems like the seats may sag over time.
