I bought a 14 foot shuffleboard by District Mills. Is it gorgeous. However, Wayfair expected their hired delivery company to send two guys and a dolly to move a 14 foot, 750 pound table upstairs. Seemed understaffed, undermanned and outsized. No one ever would agree to this or pull this off. It would have been dangerous for those two movers to attempt the delivery. So they didn’t do it. Well, long story short, I am out $800 on delivery fees to get 4 men and the necessary equipment to safely deliver the table. After calling to request a refund for delivery, Wayfair did refund me the $19.95 that they were going to pay the delivery company. That’s ridiculous.Be very wary of Wayfair’s in room delivery service. If it’s too good to be true, it is. But I highly recommend the District Mills table!
