I love it

It’s a very nice heavy knocker. I just thought it would be less shiny gold and rougher like the 2-3 pictures in the description. The 1st picture with a red door is more accurate.

My only complaint is the cheap dingy zinc colored hardware (bolts and nuts) this comes with.
Maureen (verified owner) –
This is a lovely addition to our new red front door!Looks great!

Absolutely beautiful… Ive had it up for over a year and its wreathed nicely

Heavy and very authentic looking.Much preferred to another model online that has two mounting screws from the front.
Some instructions would be nice.I will have to work out how to dress up the three threaded rods that will protrude through the back (inside of the door).Acorn nuts could be a possibility but I’m casting about for something better looking. Also, be prepared to cut those threaded rods to length, depending on the thickness of your front door.
Perhaps if Boris lets me in I’ll be able to confirm how the one at No. 10 is mounted.;-)

The bolts are ugly on the inside of home.It would be great if it came with additional brass caps.
