Overall good deal for size tub. Has a solid base so no exposed insulation. Quality components. Insulation is on the thinner side but ordered with extra insulation kit so should help. Overall very happy with purchase. Uses about 300 kwh a month for energy set at 103 with 2hr filter cycle every 12 hours. Heats fast!

It’s a great hot tub. Delivery was scary but that’s not necessarily wayfair but the delivery company…. heats fast, used it the first night set up. Good strength on jets quality tub

I really love this purchase. After a lot of research I purchased the “silver” interior and “taupe” exterior color with two pumps. This hot tub is the best bang for your buck currently out there that I’ve found. The delivery did arrive 4 days later than originally estimated and had a drip from an interior pipe but Wayfair provided exceptional customer service and resolved the issue immediately. The hot tub provides wonderful relaxation and entertainment and has powerful jets. I hope it provides many many years of enjoyment. I’m a very happy customer.

I love this hot tub! The jets are strong and really help with my aches and pains. There is nothing more relaxing at the end of a stressful day. I like that six people can comfortably fit in this tub, and the ambience is great with the different choices of light colors to choose from.

The delivery could have been a little better. I had to assist the driver with getting the tub off the truck. He said he was told he would be able to move it by himself. Get everything set up ahead of time such as the platform get the tub in place then schedule the electrician to come out and hook up the installation of the 220 line.
The tub adds a beautiful touch to the backyard. I only wish the temp was a little warmer to enjoy it more.

The hot tub took many months to arrive, but apparently that would have been the case at our local shops too. The price was exceptional for the features!It had a missing headrest, but the company was very responsive and is sending one ASAP. Overall, we love it, and it seems to have been worth the wait.
