Good Spa. Strong Heater. Cover is not the best for Canadian winters.Great price. Shame about $400 cost to deliver when the whole website is plastered with FREE SHIPPING and even with my post code in the order bar it did not show the extra until checkout. Sneaky and underhand from wayfair on that one.

We’ve only had the tub for about 3 weeks now, but so far we love it.It’s nicer than we expected! The lights are beautiful. Good, powerful jets for relaxing after a long day.

After researching over 84 spas online and 64 in show rooms, Wayfair had the best quality spa “bang for my buck” Covid shut down most dealers and caused price gouging in others. While delivery took 30 weeks and three attempts, once installed the spa powered right up utilizing my new designated 220 line. I also ordered a cover lifter, Spa starter kit,spa stairs and an extra waterproof cover. Wayfair provided my family our own backyard paradise for years to come. Ordering online was the best choice!

We’ve had it for a month and love it. I had to empty it and refill because I couldn’t get the water to clear up. A professional explained that the hot tub manufacturers use an oil to make it shiny and it should be cleaned before you fill it.

Couldn’t be happier with the experience!

I price shopped for over a month, and this unit had the features I was looking for (lounger is a must and the best seat on the tub!) that didn’t cost in the 7k range.

Delivery: the delivery drivers were great. It was set up for driveway delivery, and they would have moved it onto the slab I had built if not for the tons of rain we got in the days before. Credit to them though- they tried and were able to put it in the yard for us on a skid. We ended up usingtwo straps that went under the tub, two guys on each strap and we were able to move it with relative ease, but you’ll definitely need some help moving it.

Setup: it came with a setup sheet that was simple and self explanatory. After the electrical hookup and filling it with water, it immediate went into the priming and setup phases filled by the heating. It took about 6-7 hours to get up to temperature. Warning: it started in “eco-mode” for me which means it only heats when the pump is running. A quick YouTube search helped me turn it only the regular mode.

Comfort: it seats 6, but it realistically comfortably seats 4 adults, or me, my wife, and our 3 kids (9, 6, 5) fit comfortably. The jets don’t have industrial power, but they’re strong enough to still feel like you’re receiving a massage. The lights change colors which is a nice touch. The waterfall is nice, but don’t count on it as a selling point as it’s not terribly impressive.

As a whole, we couldn’t be more impressed and are very happy with the purchase!

We’ve research hot tubs for a while now and we’re so pleased with this purchase! It has a nice waterfall and the multi lights are nice too. We have looked at prices models and brands but this is exactly what we wanted. We had an electrician hook it up and inspected. After that, filling it up and adding the started chemicals didn’t take too long. By the next evening we were enjoying our hot tub!The delivery guys were awesome, even delivering to our back yard. Gave a nice tip. Thanks Wayfair!

1 year update (12/22/2020) Have owned this hottub for a year now, and it’s been fantastic. It is so efficient with retaining heat that we use it in EC (economy) mode all winter long while we aren’t in it and the water is always nice and warm when we get in and then we switch to ST (standard) mode while we are in it so the heat runs. Speaking of the heat, it’s almost too powerful for our Northern California winter climate. Most nights have been around 40 degrees and it dips into the 30’s by the early morning hours. When the heater comes on while we are using it, it totally cooks us even with the top off.

Pump and heater is still as strong as the day we got it. Lights all work, nothing has broke yet (knock on wood) We kept it filled all summer long, even in a climate that regularly hits 100 degrees. A Hottub around 94F will actually do a great job at cooling you off in 100 degree weather.

    Original review:

I did a ton of research looking for hot tubs before settling on this one and we have been very happy with it after the first week.

I was initially a little concerned it might be a little small being only 270 gallons, but it is a very efficient use of space.I think it would be fine for 4 adults around our size, which is 5’8″. I think if you’re over 6’0″ you’ll probably want a bigger tub.

We upgraded to get the arctic insulation for the cabinet. The tub already comes with blown foam insulation too. The extra insulation may have been overkill for us, but it will hopefully save money on electric bills by heating less.

The relatively small capacity of 270 gallons means less work for the heater to get hot, and it already has a strong 5.5kw heater. Most hot tubs I was looking at in this price range only had a 4kw heater with more water capacity and I was seeing comments all over saying they could not hold heat with the cover off in cold (below 40F) weather. This was my primary concern as we had a hot tub that previously we had to keep the cover 3/4ths on while using it or else it would lose too much heat within 10 minutes when it was moderately cold.

We haven’t used it below 40 degrees yet, but when the heater comes on, it really cookseven with the jets and bubbles on full blast. Speaking of the jets, they are pretty strong. Not hydrotherapy strong, but they are good for us. If you want very strong jets, get the dual pump model. One of the only cons is that the waterfall will only run with the jets on.

It was pretty easy for 3 fairly average/small adults to move the hottub after it was dropped off on a pallet. We rolled it across 2″ PVC pipes about 100 feet and up a short but steep slope onto a platform.I would imagine 2 big strong people could have done it too. If you only need to move it on level and compact terrain, I would bet a single able bodied adult could do it.

Hookup was easy for our electrician.

The interior and cabinet are all very nice and classy and the lights have a nice touch too.Cyanna Valley Spas are manufactured by a larger Spa company that has a good reputation as a value brand and you’d probably pay much more for their similar model from a local dealer.

All in all, this is a great hot tub for the price, and as long as you aren’t concerned with hosting a lot of people in it on a regular basis, this thing should suit all your needs for people under 6’0″.Buy with confidence!
