I love the simple design: the non-marbelized shell, the simple circular shape, the sleekly simple vertical “wood” enclosure, and the lack of super-swoopy interior shapes (which also makes for more flexible use with guests). I am an architect, and I could not picture having a cluttered-looking spa in my backyard; it fits my sense of aesthetics.

Awesome Hot Tub! Drove a few people crazy, but the 3 week wait was totally worth it. I’ve owned spas for the last 20-30 years and have never found such a great deal on a loaded hot tub. Quality is top notch as the manufacturer has been in business for over 30 years. Excellent Value!!! Delivery was a breeze as well. Thanks Wayfair!!!

I like it very much. I got the Arctic package as we’re in Michigan and it’s outdoors. It was a little confusing on how to get it all set up and wired. But I contacted the manufacturer and they walked me through it all. Very pleased.

We’ve only had it since December 23rd 2020 but it made it through a Canadian winter in Ontario no problemIt is a simple hot tub, perfect for 2-3 adults if you want to have some leg space even though you could cram 4-5 if you choose but I like room. Minimal cost to our hydro bill but with how the past year has been with Covid the cost is totally worth itLove coming home to this little beauty
