I especially like the gauge on the adjustment screw top that tells you 14, 13,and 12 pound burger. Its great to have the ability to choose your burger size verses having 3 different size burger presses. It cleans up easily too!

I use Saran Wrap over the top and bottom (and reuse the same two pieces of Saran Wrap for every burger). It makes perfect burgers every time! So much quicker/easier than doing it manually.
