Very good quality griddle.Making pancakes is a breeze now.It also helps that the griddle is oven safe, so I am able to use it as a roaster for vegetables.The only suggestion I have is to double check the length of the griddle relative to your stove or cooktop.Because of the protruding handles, it does not align perfectly with my burners.

I wanted a griddle large enough to fit on two of the burners of my gas stove, and this one was perfect! They are hard to find! It has raised edges, so that I can cook eggs and not have them run over the edges. It is perfect for sandwiches, pancakes, or even cooking meat. The item is heavy duty, but easy to move around, and the raised handles do not get hot, which it great benefit. I am so happy I found this! You can never go wrong with a Cuisinart product. Great look and quality!

Love this griddle!The last one I had wascast iron.Although it cooked beautifully it was heavy.This one is lightweight and easy to clean and handle.Tried itthe same day I received it.Wonderful even heat and the food didn’t stick.Love that the handles stay cool.Wiped clean with a paper towel so only needed a quick wash with warm soapy water.

I am SO happy I bought this!! After researching a number of different stove top griddles, I was overwhelmed with reviews that were mostly positive but then had people complaining of things like warping, etc. I finally sprung on this one and couldn’t be happier! The pancake game in my house has definitely been strong.

Light weight, built in drain, unbelievably non-stick, even says you can use metal utensils with it.Fits nicely over two gas burners on stove.Can cook an entire pound of bacon at once or 6 pieces of Texas size French toast.Great prchase if you cook a lot at once.Handles do get hot which is to be expected.
