I am very very pleased with these non-stick Madeleine pans and highly recommend them.
They are made of heavy metal and professionally finished on both sides of pan.Much much nicer than my old set of Madeline pans!

I’ve only used it once but the pan is awesome and it does not stick with the batter. If anybody likes Madeline cookies, this is the pan to get! Just a little warning though the pan is heavy.
