Purchased this because I was at a friends house cooking and she had this. We made scrapple and it was AWESOME! I really hope it stays awesome. It didn’t burn or get stuck (I mean, I didn’t have the temp on high or anything) once it was “toasted” on the down side it slid around. I’ll try to remember to update this review after its had some time to get some real daily use. Right now it’s great in my book!

Very durable griddle and very reasonably priced. It has a nice smooth flat bottom surface which does not scratch glass top electric range. Cooks evenly and was delivered promptly.
