This is the perfect griddle for my purposes. I needed one that wasn’t too heavy but was usable both stovetop and in the oven. The lifetime warranty came as an added surprise. Cuisinart has always been a trusted brand for me. Last night, it made exquisite “charred” hamburgers for our dinner! Love those lines across the meat. It is like outdoor grilling in January!

Finally used 2 Day ago to grill salmon in the oven at 375 Degrees. Grill Pan work wonderful and fish didn’t stick, did brush a tiny bit of olive oil over pan. Clean up was a breeze with just soapwater nothing stuck. Hand washeddried like I do all my potspans.

I absolutely love this griddle fry pan and I use it at least three times a week it’s easy to clean , your food doesn’tstick no cooking oil is needed when cooking and it cooks evenly all I can say is that it’s a good product love it.

This replaced my Calphalon square bacon fryer pan and it actually works better on my electric flat top stove..it heats up quicker and cools down faster.. Absolutly pleased with it.
